Fred is the owner of Appletree Terrace and handles all things food and beverage.  You'll meet with him around the 6-month mark to make your food and beverage selections.  At this time, you will have an estimated invoice reflecting those choices and guest count.  At the 3-day mark before the wedding, we will schedule for you to make your final payment to Fred at Appletree Terrace.  At this time, small decor items can be left as well.

Blair is your expert for all things seating, screens, and layout!  Your first contact with Blair will be to schedule your MENU MEETING with Fred.  This occurs around 6-months prior to the wedding.  Keep an eye out for her email to kick things off!

Ashlee will be your initial point of contact at Appletree Terrace.  She will provide your venue tour, contract, invoice, collect payments, and assist in the included planning services leading up to the wedding day.  Additionally, Ashlee and her team at Every Little Thing, LLC serve as your planning pros for gathering all of the necessary details leading up to the wedding.  From timelines to order of ceremony, having a plan makes the day stress-free and organized to perfection!

Samantha is a Lead Planner with Every Little Thing, LLC.  She guides Appletree couples through the planning process to ensure wedding day success!  Building your final documents, she will take all of the ideas you have and bring them to life, and get them on paper.  This allows the team at Appletree Terrace to follow a roadmap for making your day exactly as you envisioned.  

Additional services available if you'd like to have Samantha as your wedding day coordinator to setup decor, get you down the aisle, and be your personal bridal assistant through the wedding day formalities.
